Recommended use

Ensure your hair and scalp is well saturated with water.  Add a quarter size to your finger pads and apply on scalp.  Gently buff in circular motion to gently exfoliate. Rinse. Follow with your favourite shampoo and conditioner. Use once a week or as needed.
