Shipping & Exchange Privilege
BSO SHIPPING POLICIES:
- SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME: Orders are only packaged and shipped on weekdays. Orders received by 1PM (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM are normally processed the next business day. Orders can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
- We ONLY ship to Canadian addresses. We do NOT ship to a post office box.
- SHIPPING FEES: Canada wide Free shipping on orders over $60. Flat Shipping fee of $11.99 on orders less than $60.
- PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices, descriptions, and images, Beauty Supply Outlet reserves the right to correct errors or misprints, and adjust prices accordingly.
- USE AND FITNESS OF PRODUCT: Beauty Supply Outlet will not be liable for any product sold that has been damaged, rendered defective, or from any injury suffered as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance of the product, or by any operation outside the normal usage parameters as described in the user instructions shipped with the product, or any other external cause.
BSO ONLINE EXCHANGE PRIVILEGE POLICY
- CUSTOMER EXCHANGE POLICY: Beauty Supply Outlet guarantees guest satisfaction on the products and styling tools we sell. Online purchases are able to be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt of the product as outlined below. Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges only. Please send us an email at bso@thebsoonline.com with the order number and the details of the product that you would like to exchange and the replacement that you would like to receive. If you chose to receive a credit note please ask for that in your email. Last Chance/ Clearance items are final sale. Returns costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will receive an email with a tracking number once we process your order for delivery.
- LIQUIDS: All liquids may be exchanged only, provided that the exchange is made within 14 days of original purchase date and is accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt, or alternatively, if the customer's purchase history and contact information is on file. All original components must be returned at that time (ie. original packaging and if applicable, any accompanying free product/gift*) and liquid must have a minimum 2/3 full in original packaging. If the customer is unable to find a suitable product exchange or the desired item is not in stock, a gift card in the amount of the original price paid for the originally purchased product will be issued and emailed.
- STYLING TOOLS: All styling tools may be exchanged only, provided that the online return is made within 14 days of original purchase date, and is accompanied by proof of purchase such as a receipt, or alternatively, if the customer's purchase history and contact information is on file. All original components must be returned at that time (ie. original packaging and if applicable, any accompanying free product/gift*). If a customer is unable to find a suitable product exchange, or the desired item is not in stock, a gift card in the amount of the original price paid for the originally purchased product, will be issued and emailed.
- DEFECTIVE STYLING TOOLS: Styling tools with a manufacturer defect may be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, provided they are accompanied by a receipt, or alternatively, if the customer's purchase history and contact information is on file. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase.
- HOME HAIR COLOUR: Unopened home hair colour items may be exchanged only, provided that the exchange is made within 14 days of the original purchase date and is accompanied by proof of purchase such as a receipt, or alternatively, if the customer’s purchase history and contact information is on file. All original components must be returned at that time (ie. original packaging and if applicable, any accompanying free product/gift*). If the customer is unable to find a suitable exchange or the desired item is not in stock, a gift card in the amount of the original price paid for the originally purchased product will be issued.
- PERSONAL ITEMS & GIFT CARDS:Personal items such as combs, brushes, nail products, waxing products, polishes, lash products, hair accessories, hair extensions, and opened home hair colour items are final sale and not exchangeable. Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.

Toronto, ON M4P 2J6 - Be sure to include your name and the order number, details of the exchanged product. Once we receive the product, we will apply the sum of the returned product towards the replacement that you have requested or will email you the credit note if that is what you have chosen. In the event that your replacement product is of lesser value than the original order, you will be receiving the remainder in credit note.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
