Color Intensity Rose Gold Semi Permanent Creme Color

Thought I ordered Intensity Rose (x10).
Not the Intensity Rose “Pearl” I usually order but I thought the closest to the name, the only thing available was “Gold” but it turns out to be a different colour (more brown looking) than I usually order. (I have yet to test it on hair) I did order a different thing on the list (x2) and it turned out to be my original one that I usually order! (Rose) which is the Pink we are looking for. My issue is that the names in the ordering process were incorrect - I did not have this issue in my prior orders with your company.
