I wrote to you as soon as I received the tint bowl. I ordered the one with the handle and I was sent a tint bowl without a handle. I was told that it would be exchanged. I have yet to receive the bowl I ordered. I know it is a busy time of the year as I too have not had time to follow up. However, I would like to receive the correct bowl. Please see photo of bowl that I received and email reply from BSO. Thank you.
