Direction:

Step One: Shampoo with the CHI Enviro Purity Shampoo. Leave on hair for 3-5 minutes, and then rinse well.

 Artist Tip: Towel blot the hair to dry. Use a wide tooth comb to smooth out tangles.

 Step Two: Section the head into 4 sections.

 Artist Tip: Less is best. Start with just a capful.

 Step Three: Starting in the nape area, take ¼ inch subsections. Using the tint brush, apply CHI EnviroSmoothing Treatment ½ inch away from the scalp. Apply from mid-shaft to ends. Comb through sections to distribute the product evenly. Let it sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.

 Artist Tip: Section the hair back into 4 sections.

 Step Four: Blow dry the hair smooth with the Hair Dryer and a paddle brush or a round brush. This begins the sealing process.

Step Five: Taking ¼ inch subsections, begin pressing the hair in the nape area. Press each section five times slowly with a Hairstyling Iron set between 400-410 degrees.
